We are pleased to announce Jenny Sorheim has joined the Board of Directors for Many Hands.
Jenny Sorheim joins the board with a wide range of experience. In 2003, Jenny helped found Lean Technologies with her husband, Scott. Her role at Lean has seen her share vision-casting for the company, manage finances, and lead HR and marketing efforts. With previous roles as an elementary teacher, youth and children’s church leader, and homeschooling mom, Jenny believes she is called to use her experience in this position.
“I believe I am at a unique season in my life. God has given me the opportunity to be invited in to work alongside others in this mission in this tangible way. I feel humbled and honored to serve this amazing ministry of Many Hands as a board member.”

Jenny has had many connections with Many Hands over the years, including a family trip to Haiti in 2021. Fulfilling a long-time dream to take her teenage kids to Haiti, the trip gave her a new appreciation for Many Hands’ work.
“This IMPACT Trip gave me clarity and focus on the work Many Hands is doing amidst the reality of Haiti’s challenges. After seeing the Haitian ministry operate first-hand, my passion has only intensified for the work that Many Hands is engaged in.”

God has given me the opportunity to be invited in to work alongside others in this mission in this tangible way. I feel humbled and honored to serve this amazing ministry of Many Hands as a board member.
When asked what she thinks about Many Hands, Jenny points to the incredible way God has blessed the organization.
“It is clear that God has led this organization to bring light into darkness in ways only He can do. The growth that I can see is transformational, not just in numbers, but in lives changed,” Sorheim shares. “I deeply believe in the work of Many Hands, specifically in their radical view of caring for the family and breaking the cycle of hopelessness through bringing Jesus with their compassion. The future is exciting for what God can continue to do through the work of Many Hands!”
