We are pleased to announce Jim Loggins has joined the Board of Directors for Many Hands.

Jim is a market and client partner executive with Ernst and Young’s financial services practice. Jim is responsible for leading relationships with select global financial organizations and helping executives identify innovative solutions to today’s most pressing issues. With over 20 years of experience in sales and leadership positions, Jim has a sincere passion for helping organizations in the financial services and insurance sector.

Jim first became exposed to Many Hands in 2016 by way of a short-term mission trip to Haiti through his home church, Lutheran Church of Hope.

“I connected deeply with the people of Haiti and the work God was doing through Many Hands. Since 2016, I have participated in and led many trips to Haiti. Back in the US, we are frequent supporters of Many Hands Thrift Markets and events such as the Business Breakfast,” shares Jim. “The heart of Many Hands stands out to me the most and is one of the reasons I believe deeply in the organization. From the leadership to the volunteers, being love in action is on display. Many organizations have mission/purpose statements; I feel Many Hands lives it.”

Jim uses his identity statement, “I’m a highly favored, deeply blessed, imperfect but forgiven child of God,” as a guide to what God is calling him to do.

The heart of Many Hands stands out to me the most and is one of the reasons I believe deeply in the organization. From the leadership to the volunteers, being love in action is on display.

“God has blessed me in more ways than I ever imagined. He has made it abundantly clear to me that I am called to give back, using my gifts and experiences to advance His kingdom. While I’m excited to see how God will use my gifts and experiences to bless Many Hands, I sincerely desire not to approach my position on the board with certain human expectations. Rather, my hope is that I remain a faithful servant to this organization and the mission that God has it on. This is about Him.”

We are looking forward to seeing how God uses Jim as he serves.
