6:00 – 6:30 PM
Table seating, drinks service and silent auction begins. Items will be available to view through our auction app.
The Virtual Reality (VR) Room opens, taking groups of 4 through the Haiti experience.
6:30 – 8:00 PM
Sit down meal at Tamory Hall catered by B Fabulous BBQ. The interactive journey begins and continues throughout the course of your meal
8:00 – 8:25 PM
Short presentation by Tim Brand, C.E.O. of Many Hands
8:25 – 8:30 PM
Wrap up and end of the interactive journey.
8:30-9:00 PM
Drink service continues. Bidding continues for Silent Auction items, finishing at 9:00 PM.
VR Room will re-open, taking groups of 4 through the Haiti experience.
