Many Hands is thrilled to announce a new member, Jennifer Douma, joined the board of directors in June. Jennifer brings a wealth of experience and a passion for making a difference in communities around the world.

Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for Musco Sports Lighting, Jennifer has played a crucial role in managing legal matters and department operations. With a career spanning multiple leadership roles in the financial industry, Jennifer’s expertise and insights will be invaluable to the organization.

Jennifer’s connection with Many Hands began through Third Church, where she learned about our mission and impact. Her experience with her family on an IMPACT trip to Abaco in the Spring of 2023 further solidified her belief in the power of community and life transformation in Christ.

“This trip opened my eyes to the far-reaching effect that Many Hands has throughout the communities it serves and the lives of those who serve with it. To my family, the trip was a meaningful reminder of what can happen when we work in community to serve God.”

“The work is important and also difficult.”

As Jennifer joins the board of Many Hands, she aims to leverage her legal, business development, and corporate governance expertise to support our executive team and existing board members. Her valuable insights will help guide our organization as we continue to grow and expand our outreach.

“The work is important and also difficult. Many Hands has done a tremendous job of maximizing benefits to communities – walking alongside community members to both identify and address community needs. The breadth of its work is impressive.”

Many Hands is humbled and honored to welcome Jennifer Douma to the board of Many Hands.
